DOWNTOWN AQUARIUM PART ???

Well since Bebe was not traveling the world or working, we decided to have a few hours together at the aquarium! No matter how many times we have been it's always a blast! There are no people there on the weekdays at this time of year so take advantage of that and take your kiddos!

Cashlen walked through the exhibits since no one was there, her word of the day was.....none other than FISH, she learned it from the twins night light a while back.

Caden in the diver, Camen's came out with way too much red eye that I can't fix. His eyes get crazy bright red eye for some reason, the lighter they are the worse.

On the train, Cashlen loved the train, I have a video too, maybe later.

Cashlen's 1st carousel ride (out of womb) she was scared and had to be held. She is also scared of elevators, the movement freaks her out.

Meet the newest contributing member to a messy house! This is Cashlen, she takes things and puts them places I can't imagine! Camen's boots have now been missing for the whole week, I am blaming Cashlen Marie. I find it odd that I carried 4 boots into the house and now only 2 are here, hmmmmmmm?

(bruise on cheek is getting better from her major spill in the kitchen) She empties my pantries a million times a day, as I sit here and take a deep breath, it's aggervating after about the 3rd time. Nope, we only have a lock on the pantry and the chemicals cabinet!

I also have the joy of picking up the trash again and again from the small cans around the house AND the toys I pick up she empties straight back out, but what the heck, so do the twins. I adore them all anyways.

In this picture she just fell down and said, "Uh oh," I love hearing her talk, it's so sweet!

JAMMY DAY!

Today was Camen's jammy day at school, they watched a movie with popcorn, got to take their favorite blanky, pillow and stuffed animal! He has been so excited for this day. Next week is donuts with dad and tons more coming up! Cashlen even made an apperance in her jams.

We also brought our popcorn buckets up for the kids to have popcorn in, so cute and super fun change of pace. WE LOVE SSC!

PLAYING OUTSIDE

Cashlen love, love, loves to play outside. She cries when we have to come in.

Her new found love is the roller coaster- see video below, too funny to watch this little thing zip down.

CASHLENISMS

So Cashlen turned one 9 days ago. I wanted to document her words so I won't ever forget how she says them. She talks a lot, does some sign language, and is super active, like the boys, go figure! Cashlen signs milk and more, I think next we will work on please. She points to her head everytime, her ear sometimes, her tummy everytime, and we are working on nose now. Her words include: uh oh, juice= us, momma, daddy, baby=buh buh, ball=ba, bye bye=buh again, hmmmmm she has got the B's down! She loves to wave and blow kisses to other little babies and she flirts with adults.

So sweet, but seriously is getting oh so sassy. Still nurses, she got sick on Wednesday so after she is through with her meds maybe I will think about weaning. She is an awesome napper but still sleeps with us in bed, at least part of the night. It's kinda hard with her not having a room cause she will wake up, pop her head out of her pack and play, and start yelling, "Momma, Momma!" At this point I am hiding, but then I start laughing cause the way she says it is so darn cute!

Cashlen loves to eat, here she is at Cheesecake Factory. After we took all the boys to jump we went with Aunt Jenn out to lunch.

Right now her main focus has been learning to step down from a couple inch drop off, she does it over and over again. We have been going outside a lot with this great weather and she practices off the driveway. Like the day after Christmas, she must have stayed in out bathroom for 10-15 minutes walking back and forth, falling but kept getting up, she is a determined little thing. I actually have a video of her doing that from the 26th I will post in a little bit. She has her own power wheels but loves to ride with Camen in the "big" power wheels, I have a feeling she will be graduating to the big one at age 2 instead of 3. She wants juice boxes just like the twins do, she can even drink from the staraw........the twins could not do this for a VERY long time. It's amazing how fast the younger sibling moves along when they just want to keep up!

CATCHING UP WITH CAMEN AND CADEN

Pretty much identical except for the size, and to the trained eye their facial features are slighty different. They are a lot alike yet very different and I love em for it! When I found out I was pregnant with identical twins I had no clue what that meant. As time went on, all I knew, or at least thought I knew was I was going to have 2 people who looked exactly alike and I was going to mix them up!!!! Never once has that happened though, so moving on! BIG NEWS.........NO MORE BINKY'S, YAY AND HOORAY, I NEVER THOUGHT THE DAY WOULD COME! So about a week and a half ago I sat them down and told them they each had 1 binky left and if they lost it, we didn't have anymore so they would be gone. Well of course Camen was first to loose his last Sunday, and ever since then they have been gone. I have thrown away the rest and when I come across Camen's it will be trashed too, I can only hope to find it before he does. So they ask for it about once a day and sometimes never! It has been incredibly smooth and we are proud of our big boys!

Caden Jace is doing so wonderful at school and we are so thankful for that. I have spent many a night praying for my gorgeous son.(all my kids for that matter) He has also started the computers at school and they said he is really liking it and doing well. Caden is still obsessed with superheroes and that is what the twins play mostly during the day, except now there is a lot more interaction, conversations and such. It's really cute to watch.

Caden loves to climb......... he can climb, jump, land and go straight into a sommer sault/front flip from any height. It's awesome to watch, but quite scary too! I can't wait til this boy starts sports, he is gonna be awesome!

HE STILL LOVES HIS WAFFLES WITH PEANUT BUTTER AND SYRUP, it's an Everingham thing. He eats inbetween 2 to 4 daily! The sweetest boy to hear, "I love you too, Momma" from!

Camen is also doing wonderful at his school. He loves his teacher and his friends. I sat them down and asked what kind of party they wanted for their birthday this year and we are having a carnival. Plans are already in the works! Side note- Camen can steer his power wheels. We drive to the woods and back to the castle everyday lately! Speaking of castles, Camen is really wanting to visit Disney world, I'm sure his wish will come true sooner than later!

Everyday he asks where Daddy is. A long time ago I told him he is at work because Daddy has to make the money. He has never forgotten what I said. He says it EVERYDAY, but today he said, "Where's Daddy?"

Me- "at work Camen"

Him- "I get big, like Daddy, go to work, get the money, go to the store, buy tools and build a house for you Momma."

Me- all warm and fuzzy inside, amazed and cracking up too. Gotta love my Came!

Camen's new thing is to put on as many of his favorite shirts as he can. On MLK day we went to jump at the bouncy place, here he is with 5 shirts on, yes people, I said 5!!!

CONFESSION'S OF A MOM

So Cole is growing up, and way too fast! He is half way through the 6th grade, very smart, he is one of those kids who doesn't have to study or try and still gets straight A's everytime! I was not like this :( Awesome at sports, he is about to start baseball again for the spring. So, now to the juicy stuff: a few weekends ago I told him if he did a favor for me I would take him to spend his gift card at Game Stop......so I did, we parked right outside the front door and told him and his friend they had 10 minutes to go in and pick a game. After a while I was thinking "GOOOOOOLLLLLEEEEEEEEE! WHAT IS TAKING SO LONG" so I walked in and they were just standing there, waiting for me. He said, "We need you to buy this, it's rated something" (I can't remember what was said, I am almost always in a constant daze.) Sooooo, I proceeded to the checkout line to buy 2 games I knew nothing about and got out of there.

Then we drove off and I began thinking, what have I done??? I immediatly called Dusten and told him I felt horrible, and that I felt like I just bought my kid cigarettes. He started laughing at me and I heard him re tell the story to someone else and telling him that those are the only good games so blah blah blah blah was all I heard from there! Moral to the story: I AM NOT DOING THAT AGAIN and these kids grow up way too fast without the help of mature media.

And the last part of the story, is something that Cole would kill me for if he knew I shared, but I want to document it! So here it is, a letter I found in his pants that never made it to the girl, he probably didn't want to give it to her after realizing how bad it sounded! !WORD FOR WORD! (January of 2010, 11 years old, 6th grade)

He has been girl crazy for about 2 or 3 years now and I died laughing when I read this! So to this "weird creature" who is walking around my house, or this normal pre teen with an ever changing mood, we still love you, even though it seems you have been captured by aliens!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO CASHLEN MARIE

Today our baby turned one, at 7:47 this morning, a year ago, I was having a c section and also having the most amazing daughter there is in this world! At 1 years old, Cashlen walks everywhere and is doing soooooo much! When I am working in the kitchen and she cruises through I stop and look at her and wonder what the heck she is doing, I am so not used to seeing her vertical yet! Everytime she says Momma she melts my heart. She evn has the abliity to melt almost every strangers heart she comes in contact with. Cashlen, when I dreamt of what you would look like and how you would be, I could have never imagined you could be this awesome! In our eyes you are perfect! You are beautiful, you make us laugh, you share everything (for now), you dance, you try to keep up with the boys, your very smart and loving. You are becoming a little stubborn, you like to have your own way and when you want something you want it now! You have been the best baby and hope it continues into toddlerhood! We love you so much, you will and always will be our one and only baby girl!

Cashlen's 1 year stats as of today are as follows:

Height: 28 1/4 in - 25%

Weight: 23 lb 7 oz - 35%

Head: 47 cm - 91%

Her height percentile stayed the same, her weight went down and she has a big head! And just for fun a look back at the twins 12 month stats:

Daddy and I got Miss Cashlen her real first baby doll from American Girl, a little Bitty Baby. When she is old enough I will be able to pass her my American Girl, so exciting! She really loves baby dolls and I did too.

Meme got Cash her first James Avery charm bracelet, it had a 1, a cupcake and a heart. The exact same heart that makes up the bracelet part of my charm bracelet, pretty cool, you didn't realize that huh Meme!
